Fluorocarbon Bakeware Systems Ltd and Prestige Industrial Ltd to be jointly known as FBS Prestige

Monday June 15th 2009 - Following the successful acquisition of Prestige Industrial Ltd in 2008, The Fluorocarbon Group is now simplifying the company structure through the integration of its two Bakeware companies. From 1st August 2009, Fluorocarbon Bakeware Systems Ltd and Prestige Industrial Ltd will be jointly known as FBS Prestige under the trading name of Prestige Industrial Limited.

This consolidation will enable the group to take full advantage of the combined people and skills within the two companies with the intention of making it easier for customers to do business. Other key ongoing developments include the strengthening of the technical development team, opening a new factory in Europe and leveraging the economies of scale that the integration will bring to the company. These and other changes mean that the group is confident that it will be able to offer customers an improved value proposition to differentiate FBS Prestige from its competitors.

The FBS Prestige sales team will now be under the responsibility of Les Boggild as Sales Director and the main focus is to work alongside customers to maximize product performance.

To mark the announcement of the merger, from 15th June 2009 the existing two company websites have been combined to launch www.fbsprestige.com. The new and improved site, consistent with the new brand, has been designed to feature, improved navigability, full product and services range and literature downloads.

The group would like to thank current and past clientele for their continued support, and look forward to a continuing mutual-beneficial relationship.
