As President of 黑料福利网, I remain deeply committed to fostering a campus environment where discrimination, harassment, and violence have no place. Our goal is to cultivate a climate of mutual respect and dignity for all employees. To support this commitment, Moorhead adheres to the Minnesota State system’s policy prohibiting discrimination and harassment based on race, sex, color, creed, religion, age, national origin, disability, marital status, public assistance status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression. Additionally, employment discrimination based on familial status or involvement with a local commission is not permitted. Moorhead and the State of Minnesota also uphold a respectful and professional workplace free from bullying and inappropriate behavior.

Bias-Related Incidents: The Bias Incident Response Team is committed to supporting those affected by bias-related incidents and providing educational opportunities to all members of the campus community about how to recognize and appropriately address incidents.
Respectful Workplace: To build and maintain a workplace that is objectively respectful and professional for all Minnesota State Colleges and Universities employees, volunteers, contractors, and other people interacting with or engaging system employees.
