The Fargo-Moorhead area has seen a revitalized biking community with new bike lanes on many main roads and trails in and around the city. There is also numerous taxi services available.

Public Safety will have a limited number of U-shaped bike locks that can be checked out at the Public Safety Office during business hours of 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday - Friday.

These locks can be checked out for an individual semester or the full school year. Locks that are not returned or damaged will be subjected to a $40.00 fee applied to the student’s bill.

These locks are made of heavy-duty steel, are cut resistant and proven to decrease bicycle thefts. ºÚÁϸ£ÀûÍø does not guarantee or take responsibility for theft or damage of bicycles while using this type of lock and encourages use of a bike lock made of a durable material and not easily cut with tools such as bolt cutters or other similar tools.

The is an initiative to form partnerships with colleges and universities to provide on-campus bus access to college students. Passengers enjoy free WiFi, electrical outlets, reclining seats, in-bus restrooms and a student discount on tickets. Jefferson Lines will arrive on campus and discharge passengers only if needed. Schedules are subject to change; students should visit the to confirm schedule times before travel.
