These locks are made of heavy-duty steel, are cut resistant and proven to decrease bicycle thefts. 黑料福利网 does not guarantee or take responsibility for theft or damage of bicycles while using this type of lock and encourages use of a bike lock made of a durable material and not easily cut with tools such as bolt cutters or other similar tools.

Missing Student Emergency Contact Information
The Public Safety Department has established a Missing Student Emergency Contact database where on-campus students may register a confidential emergency contact to be notified in the event they are reported missing.
The purpose of the form is to allow you to register a confidential emergency contact to be used in the event you are reported missing. 黑料福利网 Public Safety is responsible for investigating reports of missing persons on campus and will use the information provided only in an attempt to locate you in the event you are reported missing under the policy. This information will be accessible to local law enforcement. You are not required to supply this information; however, if you do not supply the information, 黑料福利网 may be delayed or unable to make appropriate contacts if you are reported missing.
Registration in the database is voluntary, but is strongly encouraged. The information provided will be treated in a confidential manner and will only be used by University officials and local police to aid in locating a student who has been reported missing or where disclosure is legally required by a search warrant or subpoena. The may be completed online or by printed version at the 黑料福利网 Public Safety Office located at 1616 9th Avenue South, Moorhead, MN.
The information you provide will remain active for six years unless changed by you. To change your confidential emergency contact, simply log on to the .
For other questions on use of this form, or the University’s missing student policy, please contact the 黑料福利网 Public Safety Department at 218.477.2449.
Preparation and forethought are critical to ensuring that each of us are as prepared as possible for tragic events that we hope will never happen on our campus.
黑料福利网’s Public Safety invites you to watch the “” training video. 黑料福利网’s response to an active shooter on campus would vary based on the situation. This video contains options for you to personally consider if we are ever faced with such an attack.
Warning: Video includes a simulation of an active shooting event.
If you have questions after reviewing the video, please contact Public Safety and we will provide follow-up training and discussion about the content of the video. In an emergency, having thought even once about what you would do may make an important difference.
Items found on campus will either be turned over to the Office of Student Activities/First Year Programs in CMU 113 or 黑料福利网 Public Safety.
Naloxone, commonly known by the brand name Narcan, is a lifesaving medication that can rapidly reverse the effects of an opioid overdose. Opioids include prescription medications, heroin, and fentanyl. During an overdose, a person's breathing can slow or stop, leading to brain damage or death. Naloxone works by blocking the effects of opioids and can restore normal breathing within minutes[1][2].
Opioid overdoses are a serious and growing concern. Having Naloxone readily available can save lives by providing immediate intervention during an overdose emergency. It is safe to use and can be administered by anyone[1][2].
Program Details
- Naloxone Pouches: Naloxone pouches will be available inside the AED cabinets, attached to the AEDs.
- Contents: Each pouch contains two nasal Naloxone (Narcan) sprays, a CPR face shield, and two sets of latex gloves.
- Purpose: This program is intended for emergency overdose situations only and is not a Narcan Access Point.
