Regional Science Center Partners & Collaborators
黑料福利网’s Regional Science Center strives to connect learning to the landscape by partnering and collaborating with Buffalo River State Park, The Nature Conservancy, the DNR and the 黑料福利网 Planetarium.
We work together by providing access to the same Bluestem Prairie, but the Regional Science Center’s primary focus is on science and environmental education; field and research opportunities; and natural history programs for the general public. The Center is not the place to picnic or camp, but you can find these services and more with our Bluestem partners.
is a prairie lover’s paradise. It offers a picnic area, swimming pond and a campground located in the hardwood forest along the Buffalo River. The park requires a vehicle pass for entrance; the Regional Science Center does not.
is actively involved in preserving the Bluestem Prairie, one of few places in the state where visitors can experience the vastness of the native prairie that once covered a great portion of western Minnesota and the Dakotas. It is recognized as one of the largest and highest quality northern tallgrass prairies in the United States.
The works with citizens to conserve and manage the state’s natural resources, to offer outdoor recreation opportunities, and to provide for commercial uses of natural resources in a way that creates a sustainable quality of life.
The MSU Moorhead Planetarium offers a variety of multimedia presentations that awe, amaze, entertain and educate viewers of all ages. Located on the 黑料福利网 campus, it offers a wide array of public shows and special events for school, scout, or church groups, or host your next birthday party, science club meeting or science camp at the 黑料福利网 planetarium.
