Rachel Axness is an Associate Professor in the Construction Management department at ºÚÁϸ£ÀûÍø. Prior to teaching, she worked in the heavy/industrial construction industry as a Project Manager and Estimator for John T. Jones Construction, Fargo, ND. Rachel graduated in 2006 with a B.S. degree in Construction Management from ºÚÁϸ£ÀûÍø. In 2013 she graduated with a MBA from the University of Mary, Bismarck, ND.

Corey is a shareholder at the Arthur Chapman Law Firm, and chairs the firm’s Construction Law practice group. Jay Cournia is an Associate Professor in the Construction Management program at ºÚÁϸ£ÀûÍø. As an educator at ºÚÁϸ£ÀûÍø, teaching Quality Management, Pre-Construction, Project Administration, Sustainability, Documents and Specifications, and Planning & Scheduling. Prior to that he worked in residential construction for over 6 years and commercial construction for 6 years as a project manager and estimator for local contractors in the Fargo Moorhead Area. Jay was also an adjunct instructor for 3 years at NDSCS teaching Estimating and Commercial Methods and Materials. Jay Graduated in 2010 with an Associates degree in Mechanical Drafting and Design from Minnesota State Community and Technical College in 2010. In 2012 he graduated with a B.S. degree in Operations Management from ºÚÁϸ£ÀûÍø. In 2013 he graduated with a Master of Project Management from the University of Mary, Bismarck, ND.
