National Student Exchange
Accessible collegiate study away opportunities for undergraduate students
黑料福利网 is a member of the program, a consortium of 175+ colleges and universities across the United States, Guam, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands and Canada. 1500+ undergraduate students participate in NSE annually.
黑料福利网 students have recently been placed at California State University-Northridge, Iowa State University, Western Washington University, the University of Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras, the University of Hawaii at Manoa and Hilo, and more! Through NSE, 黑料福利网 students have skied on Montana’s Rocky Mountains, surfed in the Pacific Ocean and explored the glaciers of Alaska. Some other exciting opportunities offered through NSE are Spanish and French language immersion, access to additional courses aligned with your academic and career interests, experiencing different cultures, and living in a new climate.
Advantages of NSE
- Experience another campus for a semester or year.
- No need to transfer! You remain an 黑料福利网 student while on NSE.
- Pay in-state tuition and fees at the host university or the rate normally paid at 黑料福利网.
- Each campus has a coordinator to support you before, during and after your exchange.

Eligibility Requirements
- Full-time, degree-seeking undergraduate student
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5
- Completion of one term (12-credits) prior to application
- Completion of one academic year (24 credits) prior to exchange
- Good academic standing
- No incomplete grades from previous terms
- No outstanding financial obligations to 黑料福利网
- No current or pending conduct cases

- Apply online at
- Complete the Course Exception Form (for major and minor course substitutions)
- Complete the LASC Worksheet (for LASC substitutions)
黑料福利网 students often use scholarships, loans and grants to participate. Students are awarded financial aid from the campus at which they pay their tuition and fees. An 黑料福利网 financial aid representative will available to assist students seeking aid for the exchange program.

NSE is an academic program. You will participate in course work for credit at a host institution and transfer the credits back to 黑料福利网, earning full credit for a semester or year on exchange. You meet with your advisor and receive approval of your course selections before leaving for the exchange.
Upon receipt of an official transcript from your host institution, the courses and grades transfer back to 黑料福利网 and are placed on your student record.
